This is a request to rent the cabin at Spice Branch, Grandfather (Hemlock Ridge) for the dates specified.

Use this form to email or contact us via telephone (336-998-5252) to confirm your desired dates. Once you have received the initial confirmation from us for those dates, Please send your check for $170.00, made payable to Steve or Judy McDowell. This covers the security deposit of $100.00, plus a $70.00 cleaning fee. You may also pay in full, if desired. After the initial confirmation either by phone or email, we will hold your requested dates for 7 days pending arrival of the deposit.

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send a final confirmation of the reservation. The deadline to receive the balance of the rental amount is 14 days prior to your reservation date. We will also send maps of the area coming into Boone/Blowing Rock, and to our cabin, specifically. Brochures with more specific information concerning area attractions will be available in the cabin upon your arrival.

The nightly rental rate is $150.00 plus 6% occupancy tax, 6.75% sales tax, $70.00 cleaning fee, and a refundable $100 security deposit. There is a two-night minimum stay. During holiday periods (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), a minimum stay is three nights, and the nightly rental fee is $200 plus taxes, cleaning fee, and security deposit.
